Cancellation Policy
I confirm that I am over the age of 18.
I acknowledge that there is a cancellation policy, as detailed below, I agree to provide at least 24hrs notice of any change or cancellation.
All treatments require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Late cancellations and failure to show for your appointment will be charged at 100% of the treatment booked.
Failure to pay the cancellation fee within 24 hours will result in all future appointments being cancelled.
Please take responsibility for writing down your appointments and checking your emails for reminders.
It is the clients responsibility to disclose any known medical condition and or medication that may prevent or cause issues with a treatment.
If you have any symptoms (cough or fever) please postpone your appointment.
Facemasks are mandatory for the duration of your appointment.
Please come alone to your treatment, as we currently do not have room to accommodate guests.
